The intel graphics driver for my Toshiba Satellite is ver. 8.15.10.1986. Can I update to 15.22.50.64.2 509?

The Windows driver update says the current version is up to date, but I keep getting the BSOD, every so often. And it says the drivers may need to be updated.

I downloaded "driver detection" software, and, for a price, they will update some 20 drivers. I would rather do it myself, if possible.
