The viewing screen suddenly can't receive signal and turn black

In fact, it's working well when I watch artiucles or videos submitted by influencers, but it suddenly can't work when I clip a TV series or film on bilibili.com whitch is a website that I surf all the time. It is also strange that the computer is still working and when I take off the HDMI or type C and put it back , the screen can recover. This is the only way that I find to resolve it, but it's so silly. And if I only restart the computer, the screen won't work.

 

I am looking forward to your advise. The driver is the newest and the diagnostic repaort is as follows:

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are having issues graphics issues with your system.

 

  • What do you mean exactly by "when I clip a TV series or film on bilibili.com "?
  • If possible, share a video showing the error behavior you experience.
  • Does the issue persist when using another display or cable?
  • We would like to gather more information about your two systems that will help us troubleshoot your issue, so please, provide us with a report using the following programs:
    •  Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View." 
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View." 
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save." 

 

  • Intel® Graphics Command Center:
  • Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
  • Navigate to the Support tab
  • Select System Diagnostic
  • Click Generate Report
  • Select Save and name the output file.
