3 Thinkpads, all running Win 7 Pro.
T540 64-bit, 8 GB, I7 with 4600 HD Graphics;
T520 64-bit, 4 GB, I5 with HD 300 Graphics;
T500 32-bit, 3 GB, Core 2 with Intel 4 series express
===
T540 3D window is dark when Punch Home and Landscape Design Pro, V17.7 attempts to create the 3D window.
T520 and T500 work fine with same Punch application.
Punch Developers state that they have several issues with the 4600 Graphics and are working with Intel.
Any help from you on this issue would be appreciated.

Just tried the Punch program in safe mode and it worked, although the cursor movement was quite jerky.

So, it seems the HD 4600 is the only graphics controller with problems when running this software.
I would like to get more information about this system. Can you please provide me with the system information report? How to get it?
System Information: Click Start> Type System Information> Click File> Export> Save File> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

Good morning, Robert
Thank you for responding to my question.
- When I Boot in Safe Mode, the program will work, but the cursor movement within the drawing is jerky.
- The current driver is the latest from Lenovo (10.18.14.4139). The latest from the Intel site (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/24870/Intel-Iris-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/24870/a08/win64_153619.zip win64_153619.zip Version: 15.36.19.64.4170 ) warns me to contact the OEM. Therefore I am uncertain as to the proper sequence of events.
I would certainly appreciate your help.

Good morning, Kevin:
Thank you for responding to my question. I have uploaded the SYSTEM INFORMATION file (called: F525 Systems Info for T540p.txt) as you requested.
Two additional bits of info…

Hello DRC,
From our side you can try the BETA driver we have released:
/thread/67410 https://communities.intel.com/thread/67410
If you have problems during the installation, you can try these steps:
/docs/DOC-22542 https://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-22542
As Robert said before, if the software engineers are working on this with Intel the best way to go is checking with them the status or updates they can share with you.

Hi DRC
If the Punch developers are working with Intel you may want to check with Punch occasionally for updates. I will also see if I can find updates from the Intel side.
Also, please test the latest Intel HD Graphics driver build available http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=24937 here and please post your results.
Thanks
Robert
