Hello!
I'm having trouble updating my graphics driver. Each time I try it says the driver is not validated for my computer. I am running windows 7 (64-bit). Why is this not installing?
Thanks!

I should add that when I try to install it manually, I am told that it is already up to date though the version I have installed is this: 8.15.10.2712
When I try to run some games they warn me that my graphics driver might not be up to date and it tells me I need the 3496 version. Also when I run the Intel Driver Update Utility, it tells me that my driver is out of date and gives me the 3496 version to download...and then I get the message saying it is not validated for my computer. I am very confused.
I have a Samsung 700z5c-s01a laptop running windows 7 (64-bit).

Hi Lobsterpunch,
I am sorry you are having problems but let me help you.
Please try this driver:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23714 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23714
If you get a notification message during the installation, it indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer.
You may try to force the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:

Here is the zip version of the video driver:

Hi!
Thank you for responding!
I actually fixed the issue by uninstalling/reinstalling all of my graphics drivers. First the Intel then the NVIDIA ones that I have. I forgot to post back here that it was done since that took a long time to sort out.
