UHD 630 with Display Port and VGA dual monitor

When hooking up the second display via VGA, the system detects the monitor but will no display to it. This is off an HP Prodesk 400 G5.

 

We recieved a shipment of 50. On some dual monitor works, on others it doesn't. But on all, it at least detects the second display.

 

Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the Intel ® communities.

 

First, I would like to know the operating system you are running in the computers. I would like to request a DxDiag report, please follow these steps: 

 

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R. 

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop). 

4. Attach the report to this thread. 

 

I would like to know if you are running the same configuration as well as the same driver in the different computer (i.e the ones that work and the ones that show no image).

 

Let me know and provide me with the information so I can assist you further.

The image of the one that doesn't work is the same image of the one that does work. On the one that does work, it had an older driver. After taking a snapshot of the image we upgraded the driver and it still worked. Updated BIOS and it still worked.

 

DxDiag output is attached.

Just for testing purposes, please attempt using a different VGA cable as well as a different monitor. This is just to rule out any possible issue of connectivity between the system and the monitor.
