UHD Graphics Card 630 continues to crash

Ref. UHD Graphics Card 630

 

Last week I purchase an HP Pavilion Desktop (TE01-1134), since then my computer has frozen over a dozen times, while watching Youtube, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc..

I have followed numerous recommendations, downloaded updated drivers, max out memory card to 32GB, I even purchased a new monitor, which made no difference.

Overall this graphic card and/or motherboard is worthless, lost cause & I only see more trouble.

I suggest intel to replace our graphic cards with a much higher quality product ASAP !

There is no "graphics card". 

Make sure you are using ONLY the graphics drivers provided by HP.

If you still have a problem, contact HP for support.
