Uhd750 doesn't work on my monitor

hello

The refresh rate of 1920 * 1080 120P can be seen in the display information support mode, but it cannot be selected in the display refresh rate. At the same time, uhd750 is not suitable for my current display. It can only reach the refresh rate of 60p in the state of 1280 * 720. My monitor is Acer ed242qr-a

1. It can support 1920 * 1080 120Hz under 8400 and 10400 CPU, the same motherboard, HDMI line and display

2. 1920 * 1080 60Hz on Xiaomi 4x TV (TV only supports 60Hz). In the same brand Acer 27 inch game model, it can 1920 * 1080, 120 and 144 in the same motherboard, HDMI and display state, but I can't use it at present

3. The current monitor has tried that Xbox s can run 1920 * 1080 60Hz. I've also tried other hosts that can run 144hz

4. Since the 11th generation CPU has been sold to the present, all versions of the core display driver have been hit, which can not solve the problem

I hope you can help me solve this problem as soon as possible, thank you

It seems you already have another thread with the same question posted here:

Should we disregard this one?
