The Q45/Q43 is not supported on Windows 10. Look way down this page under "legacy":
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products
However, you can try the Windows 10 driver here:

Hello CarlLeo,
Al_Hill is right. The supported operating systems for your chipset are;
- Windows 2000
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- Windows 7
- Windows 8
From our end there are no drivers for older platforms and Windows® 10, my recommendation is to try the suggestion mentioned above or you can always rollback to one of the operating systems for driver availability.
Check the link provided above for more reference on the supported operating systems.
Regards,
Amy.

Is this a legitimate website? Yes, both Intel.com and Microsoft.com are legitimate websites.
Is it safe to download from? Yes, it is safe (safe being a relative term) to download from Intel and Microsoft sites.
The question "Is it safe?" reminds me of Laurence Olivier in the movie "Marathon Man":
You can find all the drivers you want for your chipset at the link I provided (which is a Microsoft site):
http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx%3Fq%3Dintel%2520q45%2520windows%252010 Microsoft Update Catalog
You should note that the Windows Vista driver is unlikely to work with Windows 10, despite what you have heard. That is why there are different drivers for different versions of Windows. You are welcome, however, to download and try whatever you want. You can select what you want merely by visiting the link I provided.
Remember, your chipset is NOT supported on Windows 10.

Nice to hear this
Do you know that Microsoft updated many Windows7/8 systems to Windows 10? And all this people are very happy
And further your tool http://downloadmirror.intel.com/24345/a08/Intel%20Driver%20Update%20Utility%20Installer.exe Intel Driver Update Utility (version 2.6.2.4) crashed by installing "Intel Chipsatz-Gerätesoftware (INF-Update-Utility-EXE nur)" (version 10.1.1.14, date 2016-02-14) .

Seriously, this is a 6-year old thread. And, the Q45/Q43 is not supported on Windows 10.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
