Hello,

I'm trying to install my graphics drivers and keep getting a message saying "this computer does not meet minimum requirements for installing this software". All my other drivers are working perfectly and I have had no problems.

I was trying to install this driver onto my computer: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25818/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-?product=80939 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40] + many others getting the same message

the specs for my computer are

msi r9 390

Intel i5-6500

MSI Z170A PC MATE

Windows 10 64-bit

1TB hard drive

I'm not sure if its something obvious, sorry if this is the case.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have noticed that you have installed an external video card and if your BIOS does not have an option to use both On-board and external graphics at same time, you will get that error message when trying to install Intel(R) graphics driver.
