- I Bought a New Hp All in One Computer. I did a clean install of Windows 11 with no problems. The next day it gave a blue screen error. I contacted the hp support line and my problem was not resolved. CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1215U 1.20 GHz Error code: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE igdkmdn64.sys

Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I see that you are having Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issues with your Intel® UHD Graphics for 12th Gen Intel® Processors, I know when we receive a BSOD is very frustrating, and for that reason a more than glad to help you with this.
Please answer the questions below before starting with the troubleshooting steps to have a better understanding:
- When did the issue start? For example, after an update, a hardware change, etc.
- When does the issue happen? For example, when doing something specific, randomly, etc.
- To check your hardware and software system information and to know if there is a pending update, download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
