As the title suggests, this issue is serious, and I'm worried that one day the graphics card will be damaged by high temperatures.

I've encountered this issue twice: the graphics card fan stops spinning, GPU core temperature rises, and stuttering occurs. After restarting the computer, the graphics card resumes normal operation.

I recommend performing a clean installation of the graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and reinstall latest driver version 32.0.101.6793. In addition try to update your motherboard BIOS to its latest version as your current BIOS is outdated, you may contact your motherboard manufacturer for additional assistance and used this version F12a/Jun 11, 2025-Z390 UD (rev. 1.0) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
