When utilizing a Mini DisplayPort to Type-C cable with the NUC 11PAH, the screen resolution differs depending on the orientation of the Type-C connection. When plugged in with the front side facing upwards, it supports a resolution of 4K/60Hz, while with the front side facing downwards, it is limited to 4K/30Hz.
Windows specifications: Windows 11 (23H2)

This is not a driver issue. It sounds more like a cabling problem.
Why are you not using a simple mDP to DP cable to connect the monitor? This would enable all capabilities.
