Which RAM and Graphic Card can be used with Intel® B150 Chipset (Intel® GL82B150 PCH), is it DDR4 or DDR5 ?

I found RAM supported DDR4 for this chipset but I'm not sure. If I need to add a GPU on PCIewhich one I need to choose ?
