It is very likely that there is no Intel driver for your graphics for Windows 10.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

You are using the Microsoft generic graphics driver, which LACKS features and performance.

There is no Intel supplied driver for Windows 10.

I tried many methods, such as Win10 driver check update,But i still can't solve,So how do I solve it, the display driver is too old and I can’t use many applications.

There is no driver that will help you.  And, any driver site that says they can help you are not telling you the truth. 

If your machine is a desktop, you might be able to find an older nvidia card, like a gtx 750 or 1060.

Otherwise, it is time to dispose of that old hardware for something new(er).
