Why does Intel not support 10 bit display in SDR?

The same laptop screen (this screen supports 10bit output, but does not support HDR and WCG), which supports 10bit SDR output in AMD core, but only 8bit SDR output in Intel Core. Can we solve this problem? The comparison products are Lenovo's mega 14s Intel version and AMD version.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. To provide any recommendation we need more information from the system, please share with us the following:

•  Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)  
  • Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- 
  • Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".  
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".  
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".  
• Intel® Graphics Command Center report 
  • Open the application 
  • "Support" > "System Diagnostic" > "Generate Report
