Why does my laptop to extended monitor connection fail most of the time?

Hi,

 

I am having this laptop Precision 7530. I have experienced no connection between my laptop and a extended monitor using HDMI, as well as other types of connector, every day.

 

I am trying to solve the issue by updating all the drivers, but it doesn't seem to be effective. I have to turn off and on the laptop many times to fix the issue, and I have to do it everyday.

 

Please help me to solve this issue.

Are you using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers or generic drivers? Please list the latest versions you have installed. To avoid potential installation incompatibilities, we recommend that you install Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers only. 3. Also, run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread. 1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91... 2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. 3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. Wanner G. Hi Wanner, 1. Model: LG 25UM58 2. The current driver version is 10.25.0.10. I have been updating my drivers through Intel Driver & Support Assistant [image: Capture.PNG] 3. system report attached. Hello ZYang33, To fix this issue, we recommend installing the drivers available at your computer manufacturer's website. Installing generic drivers may cause these issues since Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers are usually modified to support specific features and customizations.
