Why is the "Override Application Settings" for CMAA the recommended option in the graphics control panel?

As you can see, forced CMAA still causes distortion in Office 2013 applications. The distortion disappears when "Turn Off" is selected in list of options for CMAA. However, the tool tip still recommends "Override Application Settings". I think CMAA should always be turned off unless one is using a graphically intensive program given the distortions in Office 2013.

We appreciate your feedback in regards of the tool tip; nevertheless, it seems that "Turn Off" is the default setting.
