Does Intel already realize that Microsoft windows 24H2 install or upgrade just removes your current driver and replaces it with the same old 27.xx.x.1997 Driver ???
You should sue Microsoft for sabotaging your companies efforts to solve issues and bugs, and the added games support.
Microsoft force installs a frikin olk wddm 2.7 driver on their latest wddm 3.1 supporting OS.
Please sue them, I AM DONE WITH THIS CRAP SITTUATION.

Hi Duxy,
Thank you for posting in the community, first I apologize for the situation that you are facing right now. How about doing this instruction on Windows* Update Keeps Rolling Back Graphics Driver to a Previous Version.
Also, I do have some follow up question so I can investigate this further. Please see the following questions below:
- Are you using desktop or laptop?
- What graphics you are using?
- Also, what is your current driver version?
- Does this happen every Windows update since you got your device or it just recently happen?
- Are there any error message on the device manager?
I am looking forward hearing from you
Best regards,
