X- Plane 11

X-Plane 11 will not run flights and the whole application just crashes, when I wrote to X-Plane, they said that the issue is Intel's newest driver updates.

I seem to have the same, or similar problem - X Plane 11 displays an "intro" screen, seems to stall, closes and reverts to Windows.

 

In email discussions with X Plane support they say indications are that recent "driver updates with Intel GPU broke the compatibility".

 

They suggest a roll back of the GPU driver to something prior to 101.5186 when it was known to work.

 

I'd rather not.
