I am sorry, but Intel does not support 4 Series chipset graphics on Windows 10. They have never produced a driver for this combination.
Microsoft provides an inbox driver that will give you basic graphics functionality. There is nothing else, so if this driver doesn't meet your requirements, you are going to have to stick with Windows 7 (bad idea all around), add a compatible PCIe graphics card from NVIDIA or AMD or upgrade to a much newer PC.
