Honestly, how do you expect anyone to be able to help you with such a terse question?
What board/system?
What processor?
What memory?
What Windows version, update and build? A complete statement would look something like this example: "Windows 10 Pro x64 Update 1809 Build 17763".
What driver version before upgrade? What driver version after upgrade?
When did phenomenon appear? When BIOS Posting? When Windows loading? Later than that?
Did you check to see if this was a cable issue? Loose connector or damaged cable/connector can cause this, for example.
