Hello
I receive my new 16Bb , so 32GB let's go.
I put 2 pictures. 1min after, ram is 47%, around 16GB on 32 Gb... so, Starfield don't use the new 16Gb.
And, crash 1 min later. No message, no log, retrun desktop.
I send you 2 screenshots with process and ram shown, before and after.
If you have some test I can do, tell me, I'm ready.
bye

Same problem!
I have an Intel Arc A770. When I'm playing a game, it sometimes quits the game in 5 minutes, sometimes it quits the game after 10 minutes and returns to the desktop.
The proof that it is from the graphics card is attached, it is the crash file kept by the game.

Hello everybody,
Thank you for your response, and for all the information provided.
To have a good performance with Starfield remember to keep the system up to date with BIOS, Operating System, and graphics driver.
@faiseurs in your case I see the BIOS is not updated, you can contact ASUS to check for installation steps, the latest version is 2703.
If the issue persists after the system is updated please follow the steps below:
- Clean install the graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4826 with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver. This is going to help us in case is corrupted.
Fredo1 the issue still not be clear to me you mentioned that Starfield crashes without stopping. Can you provide me with a detailed explanation of the issue? For example, when it crashes, how it crashes, provides an error message, etc.
This is for me to know if the issue you are reporting was reported before by another user or is being investigated already.

Andres P.
