are there anyway to install the latest drivers for i3-7130u on Windows 8.1 because i cant adjust my damn brightness and i cant update my drivers because i cant any drivers for my processor

i downgraded my laptop from windows 10 to windows 8.1

because i windows 10 felt slow even though im on the latest update

so i downgraded to windows 8.1 because it feels faster than windows 10
