brightness adjustment screen on PC SAMSUNG

I have a SAMSUNG PC with a processor INTEL CORE I3 2365 and HD Graphics 3000 graphics card version 9.17.10.4229 . I can not adjust the screen brightness which is minimum if you turn on the PC without power and maximum network if I turn it connected to the mains .
