can't access display settings on intel graphics software

when i open display in intel graphics software, it keep waiting for "windows", and i can't access to the display settings.

I put the version of the driver in the pictures and a picture of the problem.

i already tried to uninstall and reinstall intel graphics sofware

When did the issue start? Was it after a specific update?

What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?

Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?

  

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.

Hello,

since yesterday i can access to the display settings and it work great.

Before yesterday i removed and reinstalled the driver, i'm pretty sure it was with the DDU, and i also removed and reinstalled the graphic software.
