Hi,
I bought a laptop (acer E5-575-57MJ) and I reinstall the system of windows7 64 bit. According to the seller, the graphic card is Intel HD graphics 620. But I can not install the driver for WIN7-64 ultimate system. I tried the driver utility, I also tried to download the driver from your website and install manually. It shows that "does not meet the minimum requirements". hardware ID is

Neither Intel nor Microsoft support this combination.
Check this thread: /thread/112384 "this computer does not meet the minium requirements for installing this software" g4560 gpu driver
However there are work-arounds at your own risk.

Hello yeparticle,
I understand you are trying to install Windows 7* graphics driver for Intel HD Graphics 630.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.
What happens is that Intel HD Graphics 620 supports Windows 10* so there are no drivers available for older operating systems including Windows 7*. This link will provide more information about supported operating systems http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html
The best option would be reinstalling the operating system that came with the computer so you can have drivers for it. You can reinstall the operating system using the Acer* recovery discs. This link will show you how to get them https://us-store.acer.com/erecovery/rcd/ https://us-store.acer.com/erecovery/rcd/

Fred
