complaint about "intel arc a370 4gb graphic card‌‌‌‌ "

im using HP spectre x360 16inch laptop which is having intel arc a370 4gb graphic card. i can't able to run some of my architecture softwares and games. even though i have 4gb dedicated graphic card, in those aplications it was showing that system has integrated graphic card. it is really pised of it 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
