- I have not enough information about your system. Please download Intel System Support Utility (SSU) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- . Run this utility, check Everything and then press Scan. The save the generated report and attach to your post.
- I have to admit that I don't know the GBT (manufacturer of your computer). May be from the SSU report I'll know what is the motherboard model at least.

Hi @Cdeje1
- Reading the SSU report, I could see that your PC is equipped with Gigabyte 8I865GME-775 motherboardhttps://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-8I865GME-775-rev-1x#sp . This motherboard is outdated and has very limited support. All drivers you can find here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-8I865GME-775-rev-1x#support-dl-bios . The latest VGA driver for Windows XP 32bit was released in May 2006. There is no support for Windows 8.1. The Microsoft Basic Adapter Driver is the best what you can have.
- You have not installed any Video Adapter Card in the AGP slot which could improve the graphics performance.
- The RAM memory on this board is limited only to 2GB, while in fact you can use 1.25GB only.
- Many current application will not run on this board. So, either you agree with this status or buy a new and updated computer.
- Sorry, I couldn't help more.
