Hi leiachumpitaz,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
I'm sorry to learn that you are experiencing issues with your Fortnite game. To better assist you and determine the most appropriate resolution, could you please provide the needed details listed below:
- May I know if your device is a desktop or a laptop? if it's a laptop, what is the exact make and model of it?
- What Intel Graphics Card are you using?
- Is the game working fine before? if yes, what are the changes on the system before you encounter the issue?
- What did you try to uninstall and install? is it the game or the GPU drivers?
Best regards,
Earl E.

I have a laptop lenovo ideapad flex 5i, I'm using intel iris xe 32.0.101.6127 , and yes the game used to work fine before until december in the last week of that month, and until now I was contacting epic games because other games work perfectly fine but fortnite has a lot of crashes and lags, What i did before I encounter this problems was updating drivers and everything to be up to date. I tried to uninstall the driver and then installed again but nothing worked. I think it was the game but epic games asked me to do a log about the problems and based on that they told me it was my graphic card and that the intel graphic card is the problem

Hello, the driver that currently works is 32.0.101.6078, however Intel no longer hosts the driver files for it. Instead, I downloaded it from Dell's website, here's the link:
11th gen: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-sg/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=3245m
12th, 13th and 14th gen: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-sg/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=2rc42
I highly recommend getting Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the current ones you have and also wushowhide to stop Windows from overriding the graphics driver, do it after installing the 6078 driver.

Hello, leiachumpitaz.
I see that you've already taken several important troubleshooting steps. Based on the information you’ve shared, it seems that the issue may indeed be related to the Intel Iris Xe graphics driver, especially considering Epic Games' analysis. Thank you for sharing the helpful information and the driver links, @Xillvion. It’s great to hear that version 32.0.101.6078 works for you. I understand the challenge of not being able to find the driver files on Intel’s website, and I appreciate you pointing to Dell’s site as a solution.
@leiachumpitaz please let me know the outcome and if you're still experiencing any issues. Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance or encounter any additional problems. I'm here to help whenever you need.
Best regards,
Von M.
