hd 2000 dvi won't wake up

Hi,

Windows 7 x64. When using the DVI port, when the OS shuts off the monitor for power saving, the DVI port will not wake up. Only option is to reboot the pc. I've tried the latest drivers. VGA port works fine. Assistance appreciated.

Try using the drivers provided directly by your computer manufacturer which are customized for your system and test again.

If the problem persists, then check with the generic drivers posted on our site at:

In addition, update the BIOS of your computer in order to update the Video BIOS on it. Furthermore check with your computer manufacturer in order to see if they have seen the same issue when using the computers.
