hd graphics 4000 ERROR: Display Driver Stopped responding and has recovered.

I... have had this problem ever since... intel upgraded and combined the windows 7 and 8 drivers into one upgrade... MY bios upgrade is current.... i've tried to do a reset on the driver back to before... they changed it to a combined windows 7/8 driver install.... that didn't correct the issue... As well using the intel widi system it crashes going too and from widi with using another graphics game. Included is the dxdiag
