how to disable intel RC6 for debugging

hi:

we have a program (NVR system) which is freezing under intel HD4400.  I am trying to tweak the system to see if I can find the root cause. the system bios has enabled the RC6 power management(but I can not disable it currently). I wonder if I can disable RC6 by setting the intel video registry "AllowDeepCStates=0" (the value is 1 in my current running system).  is there any tool to check the RC6 state of the system? or other suggestion tweaks to help find out the root cause of system freeze problem?

    thanks a lot for help!!

I also encountered the freezing problem, my CPU is i7-3770 and its graphics is HD4000. I also like to know if modify registry "AllowDeepCStates=0" can disable RC6. Is there anyone can answer this? Thank you.
