how to increase vram of intel hd graphics

i have i5 3470 and intel hd 2500
i tried to open bios and increase vram
but i have dell 7010 and in bios nothing i can do
there,s nothing in bios to increase vram
how can i do it from windows ?

You dedicated ram is controlled by the bios. If it is not in the bios, contact Dell.

Regarding how to do it from Windows - ask Microsoft.
