i recently got a new monitor to connect with my laptop, i wanted to change that res to 1080 by 1080 but an error message came up saying "an invalid value has been entered. refer to the manufactures manual to determain the support values for this display"

and wouldnt allow me to change it, is it possible to fix

1080 by 1080 is not standard resolution , for most laptop comes with 1920x1080 , even graphics driver doesnot have support 1080x1080
