i9-13900k PC random full power shut down

Hello,

 

About once a week my PC full power shut down randomly. I have a i9-13900k. Mostly shutdowns during games but once while in a browser. Does not seem to be temperature issues as stable 30C non-gaming. 

 

Just not sure if a full system shutdown is a symptom of CPU degradation since I could only find issues such as blue screen of death or games crashing. Assuming its more likely to be a PSU issue.

To further assist you, kindly answer the following questions:

  • Have you made any recent changes to your system?
  • When did this issue start to occur?
  • When did you purchase your processor?
  • Did you overclock the processor?

 

Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
