Hi. I have integrated graphics cards in gaming laptop with SDR screen. I want to connect my laptop to projector that support HDR via HDMI. But HDMI connect to Intel Iris XE and I can't to use HDR. I tried many options to solve this problem, but I need more help. How to transfer HDR content (game) from Nvidia 3050 to Intel graphics direct to screen with HDR?

Hello egorslim,

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are having issues with HDR on your laptop.

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

  • Are you able to enable HDR options on your Operating System?
  • Does the issue persist if you disable one of the GPUs (integrated or discrete)?
  • What is the projector model?
  • To further investigate this matter, we would like to have more system information. Please provide us with the report using the following tools:

  •  Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
    • Download the Intel SSU
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

  •  Intel® Graphics Command Center:
    • Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
    • Navigate to the Support tab
    • Select System Diagnostic
    • Click Generate Report
    • Select Save and name the output file.
