instalar driver grafico

tenho um intel hd 5500 e um i3 de 5° geração e estava querendo atualizar os drivers do chip grafico. Ao buscar e baixar o meu respectivo drivers, recebo uma mensagem ao instalar de erro, queria saber o por que, pois busquei um driver compativel com meu chip gafico e mesmo assim fala que é incompativel
