integraded Intel graphics UHD 770 short wattage spikes

Hello guys, have builded a new pc using:
intel 14700k
MSI Z790 Mag tomahawk wifi
asus tuf oc 4080 super
corsair shift rm850x

after trying monitoring the system using Libre Hardware monitor (monitoring program) saw that intel building graphics uhd 770 max wattage value was 451555.9 Watts. Looking the time graph you can see that the spikes happening only at startup for a short period.
for the information. I updated the bios to the latest version and also set the intel default values for the cpu (due to 13/14th gen issues), I updated intel graphic drivers to the latest and the problem exists.
Anyone had any similar issue and got it fixed?

I'm still working on this issue you've raised. I would like to know more about your system details so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt). Attach the file as you reply.
