intel ARC A750 limited Edition with Ryzen 5600G is Ahving Issue of PC Freeze in Chrome

The Intel ARC A750 paired with a Ryzen 5600G is experiencing issues with freezing when trying to play 4K videos in the Chrome browser. The system freezes, and after a few seconds, the display goes black, although the PC remains on (with the CPU and exhaust fans still running). A restart is required to restore the display and use the PC again.

Hello TechSudama,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

I highly appreciate your sharing the SSU log file, so I was able to check the firmware and drivers that you need to update to start with. Please check below.

1) I can see that your BIOS firmware is outdated. I strongly recommend contacting your motherboard support to get help in updating to the latest BIOS software.

2) Make sure that there are no pending Windows Updates.

3) We also have a newer graphics driver from our download page. Please proceed with the installation of Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6083 using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).

Please let me know how it goes. I will wait for your reply.
