Hello

Computer is a Fujitsu Esprimo P700 E90+ with an Intel Core i5 - 2400 CPU with Windows 7.

I updated the video driver.

I connected two monitors to the video output with a DVI-I Male to 2 x VGA female cable.

I cannot obtain the option extended desktop option in the Intel graphics driver's Control Panel.

I on ly have the option one monitor.

In consequence my two monitors display the same thing as in the clone mode.

How can I fix this problem and obtain the extended deskop?

Waiting for help.

Gilles

Hello,

Any of these controllers is designed to support extended display and clone desktop. If the system does not have such option the problem could be either a software corruption on the driver or your Original Equipment Manufacturer has blocked this setting.

You can test updating the BIOS of your computer and using the generic driver on the following site:

Confirm that the Extended option is shown as in this article:

If the issue persists, check with with your motherboard or Original Equipment Manufacturer directly.
