Hello, I encountered a problem after reinstalling Windows. Intel Graphics Control Center has been downloaded, but it opens endlessly until I close it myself. The drivers are new and suitable in the Microsoft store. The program is installed, but it still loads endlessly when I open it. Please help me, I can’t use 2 monitors without it. (I have an intel core i5 8300h + intel graphic 630 laptop) driver version: 31.0.101.2114

We understand the issue with the Intel® Graphics Command Center, we will be more than happy to help you.

 

Please follow these steps:

 

1.    Install the latest graphics driver 31.0.101.2125.

2.    Restart the system. When the Intel® Graphics Command Center updates, the application can get unsynchronized with the tray application. Restarting the system causes the tray application to restart and solves the issue.

3.    Repair or reset the app via Windows* Settings:

a)   Open Settings Apps Apps and features.

b)   Locate the Intel® Graphics Command Center application and select Advanced options.

c)    Under Resetclick Repair.

4.    If the issue persists, please uninstall the application via Windows* Settings and re-install the application from the Microsoft* Store.

a)   Open Settings Apps Apps and features.

b)   Locate the Intel® Graphics Command Center application and select Uninstall.

c)    Install the Intel Graphics Command Center.

 

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

We are sorry to hear that after installing the latest graphics driver and reinstalling the Intel® Graphics Command Center the issue persists.
