If you have an OEM system, I would recommend installing the graphics driver they provided, since our drivers are generic and sometimes the OEM system does not allow the installation of them.
You can also try doing a system restore on your computer to the last working state.

Hi Sarah, as i said in my first post i have tried updating the driver and still nothing, is there no other option then to do a system restore? What is the cause of this problem?

Sean, you can try to install our drivers, but it will be necessary to force the installation by performing manual procedure; however I cannot assure you they are going to work as expected.
