Hello AAssa1, Thank you for posting on this Community. When experiencing Frame-per-Second issues, it is recommended to check the game requirements and settings you are using (e.g. low-high settings). This could also be related to the power options selected on your system. To better assist you, we would like to have the following information: 1. The games you are having this issue with. 2. Run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread. -Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 -Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. -To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. Wanner G. Hello AAssa1, Thank you for your response. The Graphics Base Frequency for Intel® HD Graphics 4400 is 200 MHz. It can boost up to 950 MHz thanks to the Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency supported by this graphics controller. Since this is automatically boosted, it is linked to the operating system's power options selected. To make the most out of this technology, make sure the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel and Windows* Power Options are set to "High Performance". Other power options such as "Balanced" or "Maximum Battery" may disable this feature. Since this technology is dynamic, its performance also depends on the processor usage and the applications running. Have you checked if this issue occurs while your computer is plugged-in or on battery? Wanner G. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation

thanks you for your respond WannerG_intel

i aleardy set the power options to high performance but when i play a game the gpu clock drop from 950 to 200mhz and the fps drop fom 50-60 to 20

in all my 3D games also in cinebench OpenGl test.

i used gpu z to see the temperature of the gpu wihle load and i discovered that it reach 90 degree

but if i used the power saving plan the fps stay at +30 in the most games and the gpu clock stay at 600mhz

Hello AAssa1, We would like to add that high temperatures or battery power issues may decrease the overall performance of a game. 1. Try using low game settings and see if the issue persists. We suggest that you browse https://gameplay.intel.com/ and check game settings that may fix the FPS drops. 2. If your system is reporting high temperatures, make sure your computer has proper ventilation and no hardware problems. You can also run tools such as the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool and check your processor's temperature since this can impact the game performance. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool?product=66427 3. Some games require sufficient memory. As stated before, check the game requirements to make sure your games will run as expected with the computer you are using. If you are still experiencing this issue, please attach the report requested above and contact us back. Wanner G. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation
