new A770 DP not working

I am working on a new build using the MSI B760m motherboard.  When I boot the computer only the HDMI port works on the A770 graphics card.  I cannot get any of the DP to work.  I want to use multiple monitors.  I have tested with several different monitors,  adapters, and cables with no luck.  

I cannot get the DP to work even to get into the bios.  

The motherboard HDMI and DP work fine.

For us to further investigate on this, kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:

Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
