Your processor has Intel HD Graphics 610. Here is link to latest available driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27892/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=98910 Download Intel® HD Graphics 610 Driver for Windows® 10.

Hope this helps,

The current version does not install. I had the same issue - it says it supports UHD605, 620 and 630 but not 610.

Use the 24.20.100.6025 version and it will install correctly. Works fine.

@Scott - the latest version is the problem. Installing that is met with a "This software isn't compatible" message and it terminates without installing.

The previous version installs correctly for the g5400 with UHD610 graphics.

Hello hanifsatriya,

Thank you for your response.

This is the latest driver for the graphics controller that comes with your processor, please download the ".zip" file:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27892/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=129486 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27892/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=129486

Once the file is downloaded, please follow the steps below to avoid the error message you were getting before:

1 - Unzip the file to a designated location or folder.

2 - Right-click Windows Start icon and open Device Manager.

3 - Click Yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.

4 - Expand the Display adapters section.

5 - Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.

6 - Click "Browse my computer for driver software".

7 - Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".

8 - Click "Have Disk".

9 - Click "Browse".

10 - Access the designated location or folder, and access a folder called "Graphics".

11 - Select the file (Setup information file)called "igdlh64" or "igdlh".

12 - Click Open, then click OK, and finally click Next. Drivers are now being installed.

13 - Reboot your computer

I hope this helps.

Thanks for checking in David V.

I was able to update the drivers using an earlier version of the driver package self-installer.

I didn't need to use the manual update process with the zipped package.

The difficulty arose because the version of self-installing drivers available on the Intel site would not install.
