please help intel arc b580 all games crash

hello since i bought this card ive had issues with it all of my games will start to load up and then crash  and  the graphics card read as an intel hd graphics installed all the drivers and everything and the same thing is happening please help

• May I know what is the previous Graphics Card that you have?
• Did you perform a clean installation first before installing the Graphics Driver on your Arc B580? what Graphics Driver Version are you using?
• Do you have a specific game that's experiencing these crashes?
• What digital gaming platform did you install this game?

Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:

Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.

Hello intel team,

I am having trouble with my intel arc B580.......The problem is whenever i play valorant it always crashes.....i paired it with ryzen 5 8400f......i tried everything but still i cant fix it and again i did driver update,deleted it and again downloaded it (graphics Driver) still i am facing the issue............it gets freeze or driver crash....
