pointcloud from realsense D435 is bad

hi, I am a new user, I get a pointcloud from intelrealsense D435 outdoor by 'realsense viewer.exe', I find the result is so bad that I can't use it in my work.

So, I want to know what can I do to improve it?Get it by code is better than use 'realsenseviewer.exe'?

Don't worry, your English is very good!
