problemas con el Asistente del controlador y asistencia técnica Intel

Hola, Al momento de querer escanear mi Laptop para actualizar los controladores me aparece "Lo sentimos, ha habido un problema al intentar escanear". Ya intente en otros navegadores, desinstalando y volviendo a instalar y siempre me sale lo mismo.

Make sure to completely uninstall previous versions using the Uninstaller tool, reinstall and let us know if the issue persists.

Desde que me pase a Windows 11, el asistente de actualización de controladores se queda escaneando el sistema infinitamente y nunca termina.

Tengo la Versión instalada: 21.6.39.5

 

Con Windows 10 funcionaba perfectamente.

 

¿Cual puede ser el problema?
