problemas de redimiendo en video juegos después de la actualización de drivers de intel hd 630

después de la ultima actualización de los drivers de intel hd 630 v (27.20.100.8681) experimente un bajón de redimiendo  exagerado en los video juegos específicamente en valoran y battlefield 4. el problema en detalle es perdida total de los fotogramas  constantemente  aclaro que ya probé la ultima versión de drivers de intel hd 630 v (27.20.100.8853) y el problema persiste  e intentado muchas cosas sin dar con la solución  hasta formatee el ordenado  y aun así el problema persiste tengo instalada la ultima actualización de windows v ( 20H2).

Our support is only provided in English. We may not be able to translate screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool, hence; the translation may not be completely accurate.  

 

In order to better assist you, please provide the following: 

 

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report generated:  

  • Open the application, check the "Everything" box, and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".   
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".   
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".   
  • Use the option under the reply window to attach the report to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach). 

 

2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, follow this link

3. Please provide a screenshot of the game settings that you are using for both, Valorant and Battlefield 4.

Thanks for your answer I already found a solution to the problem and it is by installing a previous version of drivers v (27.20.100.84)

It is good to hear that you are able to play these games again, however; we would not like to consider a rollback as a final solution, but as a temporary one.
