ris xe bsod and crashing on games like modern warfare 2 (2022) dmz and fortnite and after crash bsod

intel is taking a while to respond so ill just copy and paste what i told them 

i hear a disconnecting sound so maybe the integrated graphics iris xe is disconnecting somehow

i will be playing call of duty modern warfare 2 (2022) and the game crashes after a few matches then my screen blacks out i have logs from both fortnite and call of duty i can send if needed there is also random bsods
